I have worked in the the Canadian cannabis industry as an Expert Sensory Panelist assessing the quality of new cannabis products. That experience led me to become a Certified Cannabis Sommelier providing me with research resources and the confidence to be able to guide others towards products that suit their expectations.
About Me
Hello, I am a life long user of cannabis for recreational and medical purposes and a certified Cannabis Sommelier. This plant and the products derived from it have been subjected to much debate. Clear information and answers to questions is not easy to find and that is concerning given the proven benefits to using cannabis but also it is not without its risks. I am on a mission to provide people with the clear information they need to purchase and use cannabis safely and with confidence.
My Approach
I believe the science, sometimes. The many biases surrounding cannabis, especially during prohibition, has created a patchwork of research representing a wide variety of interests. I look to both the source and the funding behind the research before I believe it. Recent research is starting to provide some interesting results but there are many claims and many agendas at play. I like digging deep to find a balanced view on the trends, new data and answers to your specific questions.
